Can modifications be made to the floors plans?
Yes

What if I have my own floor plan I want to use?
If your floor plan will accommodate the lot and the aesthetics are like the others in the community, MECCA will agree to build your floor plan rather than the floor plan designed pre-construction. MECCA reserves the right to accept or deny any request for private plan building.

What type of financing is required?
A construction to permanent loan is necessary. For more financing information, please contact Renee Maloney with SunTrust Mortgage, as she is the preferred lender for Washington Estates. Renee can be reached at 407.230.3353.

What is the price range for the community?
Estate pricing begins at $700,000

Will the community be gated?
Not at this time; however, it is possible that the community may be gated once Washington Street is widened.
