designs that have been custom created for your choice.
You have the option of selecting from one of these designs
or collaborating with the builder and an architect to craft a
plan that your preferred lot will accommodate. The Builder
will make every attempt to modify the existing plans to meet
your needs and financial goals; however, does reserve
the right to make all final decisions regarding the size
